A Wisconsin native, Brad was hired in January of 2023 after spending nearly 8 years in Connecticut. He brings a diverse background of industry knowledge, rugby administration, coaching and management to the position and looks to launch MUR into its next phase of growth.

While out East, Dufek established himself in the collegiate game, coaching full time with Quinnipiac University’s NCAA Division I women’s rugby program and the Yale University men’s rugby club. In addition he currently serves as National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) Men’s Commissioner for Divisions I and II and has a background in sales and business development. Dufek recently completed his Master of Business Administration degree at Quinnipiac and received his undergraduate degree at Wisconsin-Stout in 2014.

Nick found his way into rugby by watching Rugby 7's highlights on YouTube while trying to finish his Master's thesis. Having never played the game, he found a welcoming home playing rugby with the Madison Minotaurs after completing graduate school in 2016. He was instantly hooked into the game and the comradery of the Minotaurs and wanted to give back. His favorite rugby highlight was traveling abroad to Amsterdam with the Minotarus to participate in the Bingham Cup.

In 2019, he joined the Madison United Rugby Board as the Minotaur's Board Representative and continues to serve on the MUR Board as the Treasurer. 

Sam has been a member of the Mighty WRC for 7 years and in the Madison rugby community for 11 beginning at the University of Wisconsin.

Enerson's hobbies outside of rugby include 3D printing, bicycling, motorcycling and eating Player's burgers.

Drew's been a member of the Minotaurs Rugby Club since 2015. He served on the club's board of directors as a director, match secretary, and one year as president. Drew is also one of the founding directors of the Minotaurs annual inclusive rugby tournament, Madtown Scrumdown.

Patrick embarked on his rugby journey with the Madison Minotaurs during their inaugural year. He contributed to the Minotaurs' board as both Secretary and Treasurer. Since 2019, Stockland has been an active member of the Madison United Rugby Board, and in 2022, he took on the role of Board President.
